A DRIVING instructor has revealed the WORST place to put your foot while driving in winter.

Content creator DGN Driving took to TikTok to share the genius hacks to avoid a mishap during freezing conditions.

For this, car owners should plan ahead their journey before jumping into their vehicles.

On the video the man said: "Five tips when driving in the snow. Many don't do the last one."

He first recommended drivers to make sure key parts of the vehicle are kept clear from snow and mud.

"Ensure all windows lights and plates are visible," he said.

When driving on icy roads or snowy weather the motorist advises to always "break gently".
