EA FC 24 has removed a player from the game with no timeline for when they’ll be back | The Sun
EA SPORTS FC 24 has had a mostly promising launch, as deluxe players enjoy the game a week early.
While the game has been released without server issues, there are certain bugs that have appeared in EA FC 24 for a number of players.
Some have pointed out that players can turn invisible, or be told to assign a coach when they already have one, but these have not been noted as a widespread issue.
However, one Ultimate Team player was virtually unplayable after a bug had them run away from the ball.
Norwegian striker Ada Hegerberg is one of the best players in Ultimate Team, and many players were lucky to pull her from their draft.
With a huge 89 rating, she’s on par with other notable EA FC 24 player ratings like Virgil Van Dijk, Casemiro and Neymar Jr.

However, the Ultimate Team bug essentially made her unplayable, as every time she attempted a skill move she would let go and run away from the ball.
With such an amazing rating, almost everyone who has managed to grab Hegerberg has been desperate to put her on their team.
After playing a few matches with her, they soon realised that the bug was persistent and she was unusable.
EA has now acknowledged the issue, but does not have a fix for her at the time of writing.

Instead, the developer has removed Hegerberg from the game, and players have been refunded with a draft token for another random player.
This has left many disappointed, as they were excited to draw such an impressive player from their draft.
There is no news if these players will have Hegerberg returned to them after the bug is fixed but it seems unlikely.
