Millions of Tesco Mobile customers receive free 'money saving' phone upgrade for EU travel | The Sun

MILLIONS of Tesco Mobile customers get a free “money saving” upgrade for travelling in the European Union.

The mobile operator has extended their “Home From Home” EU roaming offer until 2025.

Customers can still use their UK minutes, texts and data allowances, at no extra cost when travelling around 48 destinations in the EU as well as further afield.

The provider is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) on O2’s platform, which as an operator has opted to retain free EU roaming.

Tesco Mobile’s chief customer officer Rachel Swift said: ”We know that many of our customers rely on their phones while travelling, not just to stay connected with loved ones, but also to research sights and restaurants.

“As part of our commitment to being the helpful network, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve extended our roaming offer so customers can enjoy their travels without worrying about additional charges.
