The Google-owned device has just rolled out a refresh to get more out of your fitness and health information.<\/p>\n

These are Today, Coach and You.<\/p>\n

But beyond a lick of paint there are some background refinements too.<\/p>\n

Google has also boosted the app's customisation, so you can choose your focus based on personal goals<\/p>\n

The Coach tab is where you'll find workouts that you can filter by type, duration, equipment needed and even instructor.<\/p>\n

Ajay Surie, Fitbit's Group Product Manager, said: "No matter where you are on your health and wellness journey, the new Fitbit app is designed to help you reach your goals.<\/p>\n

"We are committed to continuously improving the Fitbit platform and app to work toward our goal to help make the world healthier."<\/p>\n

The update comes as Fitbit is expected to unveil a brand new Charge 6 device next week.<\/p>\n

A cryptic promo simply says "coming" with the date marked as September 28.<\/p>\n
